Located on the corner of the prominent Hera street and prince Majid Street, This project is a 5 star serviced apartments hotel. It consists of 200 suites of varying sizes distributed over 7 stories in a sleek modern envelope, packed with all the relevant functions provided at the highest levels, including a large reception, concierge, lobbies, restaurants, cafe’s, lounges, prayer halls, restrooms, a health club, a business center, and three large multi-purpose halls with a separate industrial kitchen, accessed from the first floor lobby or an outdoor drop-off area. This in addition to services, such as kitchen, laundry, staff facilities, management, accounting.Architecturally, this project represents a unique hybrid typology between local and international styles, moving more towards a modern interpretation of traditional references. The form itself speaks of welcoming as it curves inwards inviting the visitor into the hotel on axis with the other branch forming a (Y) shape. The use of horizontal ledges and varied rectangular panels and screens adorning the vast glass panes on the facade are an abstract reference to the traditional Mashrabia, so iconic in Jeddah Architecture. It is hoped that this project will be a good addition to the city.
